This online Mindful Mentoring Meditation Program consists of two Zoom sessions each week with Dermot . One will be a weekly individual half hour online guided meditation and Mentoring session with Dermot. This will be followed later in the week by a presentation from Dermot in a group setting on Zoom to explore various deeply relaxing breathing exercises. All participants will be interviewed individually to access their requirements and expectations from the Program.
